Booking + Appointment Policies
Every appointment is thoughtfully reserved and prepared for in advance. These policies are designed to protect the time dedicated to your experience while allowing each client the level of care, preparation, and artistry their tattoo deserves.
By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the Booking & Appointment Policies, The Art of Preparation, The Art of Healing, and, when applicable, the Bespoke Design Policy.
-
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve dedicated studio time.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit is applied toward the final investment of your tattoo.
A deposit will only be refunded if your appointment is cancelled by the artist and an alternative date cannot be arranged.
Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
-
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please plan to arrive promptly so your experience can unfold without feeling rushed.
Arrivals of 20 minutes or more past the scheduled start time may require the appointment to be rescheduled if there is no longer sufficient time to complete the work to the intended standard.
If a late arrival results in rescheduling, the appointment will fall under the less-than-one-week rescheduling policy below.
-
Additional Reschedules
For a second or subsequent reschedule, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to preserve your existing deposit.
If less than two weeks’ notice is provided:
Your current deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit equal to the original deposit amount will be required to reserve another date.
The new deposit will be applied toward your tattoo total.
Repeated appointment changes may result in future booking requests being declined.
Your first appointment may be moved one time without an additional fee when at least one week’s notice is provided.
Your existing deposit will simply transfer to your new appointment date.
Changes Within One Week
If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than one week’s notice:
Your original deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit equal to the original deposit amount will be required to reserve another date.
The new deposit will be applied toward the final investment of your tattoo.
Example: If your tattoo is $200 and your original deposit was $100, the original $100 deposit will be forfeited. A new $100 deposit will be required to secure your new appointment, leaving $100 due at the rescheduled session.

Every tattoo heals a little differently. Skin type, placement, movement, lifestyle, and tattoo style can all influence the way pigment settles during the healing process.
Complimentary Refinement
Your first eligible touch-up within four months of your original tattoo appointment is complimentary.
Areas that experience greater movement, friction, or texture — including the wrists, ankles, knees, elbows, shoulders, neck, and behind the ears — may naturally require additional refinement.
Delicate fine-line tattoos, particularly those with minimal shading or pigment saturation, may also be more likely to benefit from a touch-up as the tattoo settles into the skin.
Please review The Art of Healing for complete touch-up eligibility and aftercare requirements.
-
Although an eligible touch-up may be complimentary, the appointment still reserves dedicated studio time.
If a touch-up appointment needs to be moved:
First reschedule with less than one week’s notice: $100 reservation fee
Second or subsequent reschedule with less than two weeks’ notice: $150 reservation fee
A no-call/no-show will forfeit the complimentary touch-up, and future appointment requests may be declined.

The remaining balance of your tattoo investment is due at the time of your appointment.
Buy Now, Pay Later services may be available through Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. If you plan to use financing, please confirm your eligibility, available spending limit, and payment options with your chosen provider before arriving.
Approval, installment terms, spending limits, and technical availability are determined solely by the financing provider and cannot be guaranteed by the studio.
If financing is unavailable or cannot be completed at the time of your appointment, the full remaining balance will still be due at the conclusion of your session.
